You've been holding everything together for everyone but yourself. It's time to come home.
The Home Within Method is a twelve week group coaching program for high-functioning women who are ready to stop surviving their own lives and start inhabiting them.
Applications are reviewed personally by Jessica. You'll hear back within 48 hours
If you found your way here, chances are this sounds familiar.
You are the person everyone calls when things get hard. The one who knows what to say, who shows up, who holds it together even when you're privately running on empty.
You've read the books. You've done the therapy. You understand your patterns intellectually, sometimes with startling clarity, and you still watch yourself repeat them.
That gap between knowing and actually living differently is one of the loneliest places you know, because from the outside everything looks fine. More than fine. It looks like you have it together.
But here's what's actually happening underneath.
You say yes when your whole body is saying no, and you spend the next three days quietly resenting it while telling yourself you're fine.
You give generously and instinctively to everyone around you and then feel vaguely guilty on the rare occasions someone offers something back.
You lie awake doing the midnight audit, replaying conversations, recalibrating what you said, wondering if you got it wrong, even when you didn't.
You're tired in a way that a good night's sleep doesn't fix. Not because your life is bad. Because you've been living it from the outside in, managing how you're perceived, monitoring how others are feeling, making yourself smaller and easier and less inconvenient, for so long that you've lost the thread back to what you actually want.
What you actually feel. Who you actually are when you're not performing the capable version of yourself for everyone else's comfort.
You've tried to think your way out of this.
You're smart and self-aware and you've applied everything you understand about yourself to the problem of changing. And something keeps not shifting.
Not because you're not trying hard enough. Because the part of you that most needs to change doesn't speak the language of insight and analysis.
It speaks the language of the body. Of slowness. Of being genuinely, unhurriedly heard.
You don't need more information about yourself.
You need to come home to yourself. And you've known that for longer than you've been willing to admit.
You haven't been doing it wrong. You've been doing it in the wrong layer.
Here's something I want you to understand before you read another word about this programme.
The self-awareness you've built over years of therapy and reading and genuine inner work? It matters. It's real. It's not nothing.
In fact it's one of the most important things you'll bring into this work, because women who know themselves as well as you do tend to move through this process with a depth and a speed that surprises them.
The reason it hasn't been enough on its own isn't a failure of effort or intelligence or commitment. It's a structural issue.
Most personal development, therapy included, works primarily at the level of the mind. It gives you insight, language, frameworks, better ways of understanding your patterns and where they came from.
And that understanding is genuinely valuable. But understanding a pattern and being free of it are two completely different things.
Because the patterns that keep you stuck, the over-giving, the people pleasing, the inability to receive, the midnight audit, the constant low-grade performance of being fine, those patterns aren't living in your mind.
They're living in your body. In your nervous system. In the layers of you that formed long before you had the language to understand any of it.
And you cannot think your way into those layers. You can only feel your way there.
This is what The Home Within Method is built on. The understanding that real, lasting change happens not when we finally understand ourselves well enough but when our mind, our body, and our nervous system are all moving in the same direction at the same time.
When the insight you've already built finally has somewhere to land that's deep enough to hold it.
That's not a small distinction.
It's the difference between knowing and living differently.Knowing you deserve kindness
Actually being able to receive it.
Understanding why you people please
Being able to pause before you do it.
Reading about self-compassion
Genuinely being able to offer it to yourself in the moments it matters most.
The work we do together over twelve weeks reaches all of it.
Not just the part of you that understands.
The part of you that actually lives your life. That's what coming home to yourself actually means.
Not a new understanding of who you are. A new experience of being her.I've been exactly where you are. For a long time.
I want to tell you something about how this program came to exist.
It didn't come from a curriculum I assembled or a methodology I studied. It came from over 20 years of living the exact experience I've been describing to you. Of being the capable one, the strong one, the one who kept going. Of understanding myself with genuine clarity and still watching myself abandon my own needs, my own truth, my own inner world, for the comfort and approval of everyone around me.
I was self-aware in the way that makes the stuck feel even more confusing. I knew my patterns. I could trace them, name them, explain them articulately to anyone who asked. And I still couldn't seem to live differently. That gap, between knowing and actually changing, was where I lived for a very long time.
The way out wasn't another book or another framework or another layer of understanding. It was learning to work with my whole self.
To stop trying to think my way into change and start feeling my way there instead. To slow down enough to hear what my body had been trying to tell me for years. To meet myself, for perhaps the first time, with the same patience and gentleness I'd been giving everyone else without a second thought.
That process changed everything. Not dramatically, not all at once, but in the quiet, accumulating, deeply real way that tells you something has shifted at the root.
I built The Home Within Method from that journey. From what I learned about what actually creates change versus what just creates more understanding. From the specific practices and frameworks that moved me from knowing myself to genuinely living as myself.
And from 14 years of continuing to do this work, because coming home to yourself isn't a destination you arrive at once. It's a relationship you keep choosing.
I'm also a psychology graduate, a yoga teacher, and a Reiki and Theta Healing practitioner. I've spent years studying somatics as well, which is the understanding of how we hold our experiences in the body and what it takes to genuinely release them. Those things matter and I want you to know them.
But what qualifies me most to lead this work isn't any of that.
It's that I know what it feels like to be you.To hold everything together while quietly coming apart. To understand yourself completely and still not be able to find your way home.
And I know what it feels like on the other side.
That's why I'm here.
Women who work with me often say they've never felt so completely unguarded in a coaching space. That they could be exactly who they are, without managing how they came across or worrying about being judged, and still be met with complete honesty and a perspective they hadn't been able to find on their own.
That's the container I build. Every time.
Twelve weeks. Three phases. One journey home.
The Home Within Method is not a course you consume at your own pace or a collection of modules you work through alone. It is a guided, supported, deeply personal process that moves through three distinct phases, each one building on the last, each one taking you somewhere the previous phase made possible.
This is intentional. Coming home to yourself doesn't happen in a single breakthrough moment. It happens in layers, over time, with the right kind of support at each stage. That's exactly what these twelve weeks are designed to provide.
This phase is about learning to hear yourself again.
Most of us have spent so long tuning out our own inner world, pushing through, managing, performing, that we've genuinely lost fluency in the language our body and nervous system use to communicate with us.
Phase one rebuilds that fluency. You'll learn to recognise what your body is telling you, to sit with what's present rather than running from it, to develop the internal awareness that makes everything else in this programme possible.
By the end of phase one you won't just understand yourself better. You'll have started to actually hear yourself, perhaps for the first time in a very long time.
This phase is about releasing what isn't you.
The patterns, the beliefs, the stories you absorbed along the way that have been running quietly in the background of your life. The over-giving, the self-criticism, the inability to receive, the version of yourself you perform for everyone else's comfort.
In phase two we name these things clearly, examine them with curiosity rather than shame, and begin the work of letting them go.
This phase goes deeper than phase one. It asks more. And it gives back more in return. The tools you'll work with here, drawn from yogic philosophy, somatic awareness, cognitive reframing, and the practice of honest self-reflection, are ones you'll reach for for the rest of your life.
This phase is about living as your truest self.
Not practising new tools. Not applying new frameworks. Actually becoming someone who moves through the world differently because the work has genuinely changed something at the root.
Phase three is where everything you've learned and released and reclaimed in the first eight weeks starts to become you. Where coming home to yourself stops being something you're working toward and starts being something you simply are.
We close this phase, and this programme, exactly where it needs to close. With forgiveness and acceptance. The deepest homecoming of all.
Every week of The Home Within Method combines three elements designed to work together.
Your workbook arrives at the beginning of each week. It introduces the concept for that week, creates space for honest reflection before your group session, and gives you somewhere to integrate what lands afterward. It is not homework. It is a conversation with yourself that the live session then deepens.
Your group session happens every Monday at 12pm CST. Ninety minutes. Thirty minutes of teaching followed by sixty minutes of live group coaching where the real work happens.
This is where the concepts from your workbook become lived experience rather than understanding. Where you hear your own truth spoken out loud, sometimes for the first time, and feel the particular kind of shift that only happens in the presence of other women doing the same work.
Your community space is where the integration continues between sessions. Not a busy, high-pressure group chat. A quiet, private space for the women in your cohort to share what's moving through them, to witness and be witnessed, to remember between Mondays that they are not doing this alone.
That number is not a marketing decision. It is a considered, deliberate choice made in service of the work itself.
In a group this size everyone is seen. There are no anonymous participants, no watching from the back, no getting lost in the crowd. Every woman in the room is known, held, and genuinely supported through her specific journey.
The intimacy of a small cohort also creates something that larger programmes simply cannot. A particular quality of safety that allows real things to happen. Where women can be exactly who they are, without managing how they come across, and still be met with complete honesty and a perspective they hadn't been able to find on their own.
This is the container. And it changes things.
At the end of each phase you have the option of scheduling a private 1:1 session with Jessica.
These sessions exist to anchor what has shifted before you move into the next phase, to address anything that needs more space than the group container provides, and to make sure you are moving forward with clarity rather than carrying unresolved weight into the next eight weeks.
These sessions are optional but they are there for a reason. The women who use them tend to move through each subsequent phase with noticeably more ease.
Scheduling is through Jessica's Calendly page and is entirely in your hands. You choose the timing that feels right for you.
Twelve weeks. Three phases.
One journey home.Everything inside The Home Within Method.
Everything inside The Home Within Method is designed to support you before, during, and between the moments where real change happens.
A fully guided twelve week workbook delivered digitally at the start of the programme. Each week contains the core teaching for that week, a pre-session reflection to help you arrive with clarity, and a post-session integration space to anchor what shifted in the room. Yours to keep and return to long after the program ends.
Twelve live sessions, every Monday at 12pm CST, running ninety minutes each. The first thirty minutes is teaching. The remaining sixty minutes is live group coaching where the real work happens. Sessions are recorded so if life interrupts, you never fall behind.
Access to a private community space for the duration of the program. A quiet, intentional space, not a busy group chat, where your cohort can share what's moving through them, ask questions between sessions, and experience the particular kind of support that comes from being witnessed by women doing the same work at the same time.
One available at the end of each phase. Sixty minutes with Jessica, scheduled through her Calendly page at a time that works for you. These sessions exist to anchor what has shifted, address anything that needs more space than the group provides, and make sure you're moving into the next phase with clarity and without carrying unresolved weight forward.
Three standalone resources included as part of your program access.
- The Hidden Cost of Survival
- The Self Trust Gap
- Come Home to Yourself
These resources exist at the beginning of the conversation the program continues. Many of the women who join the founding cohort will already have worked with one or more of them. If you haven't, they're waiting for you.
As a member of the founding cohort you are part of something specific and unrepeatable. The first group of women to move through The Home Within Method in this format, with Jessica present in a way that is only possible when a program is new.
Founding cohort pricing reflects that. When the next cohort opens, the investment will be higher.

Ready to take the next step?
I'M READY TO APPLYQuestions you might have before you apply.
Everything you might want to know before you take the next step.
01 Is this therapy?
No. The Home Within Method is a coaching program, not a therapeutic or clinical service. While the work goes deep and draws on frameworks from psychology, yoga philosophy, and somatic awareness, it is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. If you are currently working with a therapist, this programme can complement that work beautifully. If you have concerns about whether this is the right environment for where you are right now, please reach out before applying and we can have an honest conversation about fit.
02 I've tried coaching before and it didn't quite get there. How is this different?
Most coaching works primarily at the level of the mind, giving you insight, reframes, and strategies for understanding your patterns. The Home Within Method goes further. It works with your mind, your body, and your nervous system together, reaching the layers where the patterns actually live rather than just building understanding about them. If you've ever felt like you understood yourself clearly and still couldn't seem to change, this distinction is exactly why, and exactly what this program is designed to address.
03 I have a busy life. How much time does this actually require each week?
The weekly group session runs ninety minutes every Monday at 12pm CST. Your workbook reflection, the pre and post session prompts, typically takes between twenty and forty minutes depending on how deeply you want to go. The community space is entirely at your discretion, there's no expectation of daily participation. Realistically you're looking at two to three hours per week. The women who get the most from this programme are the ones who protect that time deliberately rather than fitting it around everything else.
04 What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded. If life interrupts, which it will at some point over twelve weeks, you won't fall behind. You'll have access to the recording and your workbook to integrate the week's content in your own time. That said, the live sessions are where the real work happens and attending consistently makes a significant difference to what you take from the program.
05 I'm not sure I'm ready. How do I know if this is the right time?
Here's what I've noticed about the women who ask this question. The ones who aren't ready usually don't apply. The fact that you're reading this page, sitting with this question, feeling the pull of something in you that says this matters, that's not uncertainty. That's your most honest self telling you something important. Apply honestly. Let the application process help you get clear. And trust that if it's not the right fit or the right time, I'll tell you that honestly too.
06 Will I be expected to share personal things in the group?
The group container is built on safety, honesty, and complete absence of judgment. You will never be put on the spot or required to share more than you're ready to share. That said, the women who move through this work most powerfully are the ones who allow themselves to be genuinely seen, and the particular quality of the container makes that possible in a way that surprises most women who come in guarded. You get to choose your own pace. The space will be ready for you whenever you are.
07 What if I have a question that isn't answered here?
Simply reach out before you apply. You can email Jessica directly at Jessica@leadfromwithinadvisory.com and she'll respond personally. There are no gatekeepers, no customer service team, no automated responses. Just an honest conversation about whether this is right for you.
If you're still here, you already know.
If something in you is saying yes.
I want to say one last thing before you decide.
You have spent a long time being everything to everyone. Showing up, holding it together, giving generously and instinctively to the people around you while quietly, consistently, putting yourself last. Not because you don't matter. Because somewhere along the way you learned that was what love looked like. What being a good woman looked like. What keeping everything intact required of you.
That learning made sense once. It kept things safe. It kept people close. It kept the peace.
But you're here, reading this, which tells me something important. It tells me that some part of you knows the cost of that way of living has gotten higher than you're willing to keep paying. That the exhaustion isn't lifting. That the gap between who you are on the outside and who you are on the inside has been growing quietly for long enough.
And that part of you, the one that led you here, the one that joined the waitlist, the one that read every word of this page, that part of you deserves to be listened to.
Not tomorrow. Not when things settle down or when the timing feels more certain or when you've thought about it a little longer. Now. Because the timing will never be perfect and the certainty will never arrive before the decision. That's not how this works. The clarity comes from choosing, not from waiting for choosing to feel safe.
You don't have to have it all figured out before you apply. You just have to be honest. About where you are, what you're carrying, and what you know, somewhere underneath all the managing and the holding together and the keeping the peace, that you need.
The women who find their way into this room are the ones who decide, even when it feels like a lot, even when the timing isn't perfect, even when part of them is still uncertain, that they are worth showing up for.
You are worth showing up for. If you know that, even quietly, even just barely, that's enough to begin.
Applications close October 2nd. The founding cohort begins October 5th. A maximum of ten spots are available. Jessica reads every application personally and responds within 48 hours.
You just chose yourself. I'll see you inside.
