FOR THE WOMAN WHO LOOKS LIKE SHE HAS IT ALL TOGETHER

You don’t need to become someone new.

You need to come home to yourself.

You’ve done the work. You understand your patterns. You know how to keep going, hold everything together, and show up for everyone else.

But you may still find yourself overthinking, pushing through, second-guessing yourself, or struggling to truly rest.

There is another way to live one rooted in self-trust rather than survival.

My Journey

A woman practicing yoga indoors, reaching upward with one arm and supporting herself with her other arm and feet, with a mural of doves and a moon painted on the wall behind her.

My path to this work has been anything but conventional.

With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, fourteen years of teaching yoga, and decades immersed in personal growth, I've spent my life exploring what creates lasting transformation. I became a certified Reiki Practitioner at fourteen years old, an experience that profoundly shaped my understanding of healing, and more recently became a certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner.

While these modalities continue to influence my personal perspective, The Home Within Method is grounded in an evidence-informed approach that empowers people to reconnect with themselves in practical, sustainable ways.

I didn't create The Home Within Method because I had all the answers. I created it because I spent years asking the right questions.

Today, my work is devoted to one thing:

To help people stop searching outside themselves for the peace, worthiness, and belonging they've been chasing—and discover that the home they've been looking for has been within them all along.

Because healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about coming home to who you've always been.

If something you've read here feels true for you, I'd love to begin the conversation.
